Our services are intended solely for aviation medical examinations and related healthcare support.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling and during visits.
Misuse of our services, including providing false medical information, may result in denial of certification or termination of services.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
AMCVA provides medical examinations in accordance with FAA regulations. We cannot guarantee issuance of medical certificates, as final determinations are made by the FAA.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
